Make a Tuck Shape:
Sit. Bend knees & hug legs by pulling them against chest with arms around the outside of legs.
Give it Motion:
Bend forward , tucking chin toward chest and curling the body into a round ball. Roll backwards keeping arms around legs, then pull back up to a sitting position.

Parent/Teacher Tip:
Rock & roll in a tuck builds tummy muscles. It is difficult for most young children. Help them sit back up by using one hand on their back to gently push them up. Your other hand can help them keep their arms around their legs.
